We had struggled for a while to understand why we were having such problems in turning the business around. What Corporate Lifecycles did for us was to help us put in place a clear structure and strong plan in plain, unambiguous language that fitted the needs of the business. By supporting us through the implementation, they got us on track to reach our profit targets for 2006 and 2007! We couldn’t have achieved this without their input.
"The Corporate LifeCycles methodology enabled us to handle a difficult situation very professionally and the results achieved are thanks to your structured approach to problem solving. I look forward to developing the project with the team we have in place, and producing an exciting and profitable business."
"The tools and processes worked for us. They brought clarity and focus to our strategic options and helped us to develop and implementation plan that had the support of the entire senior management team. I strongly recommend it."
Organisation Structure
In this session the team will define the top line profit centres or business units of the organisation structure as well as the various staff and support units required to support these profit centres. The key here will be to determine the optimal way to assign responsibility for the different markets and businesses that were identified in the previous step. The organisation will probably want to serve multiple markets with multiple products, services and technologies. If responsibilities are not clearly assigned the result can be confusion, turf battles and lack of accountability.
